Survey to improve the information flow among the Barents cooperation
The International Barents Secretariat and the Arctic Centre at the University of Lapland are assessing the information needs and communication wishes between the entities involved in the Barents cooperation. The research findings will be used to further improve Barents cooperation’s communications.
Questionnaires are sent in May – June 2013 to people participating in the Barents Euro-Arctic Region’s cooperation as a member of a council, a committee or a working group. The responses will be handled confidentially at the Science Communications unit in the Arctic Centre, University of Lapland, which has a communication agreement with the International Barents Secretariat IBS.
At the end of this questionnaire there will also be few questions concerning the Barents Euro-Arctic Region and the European Union. This is part of
The Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment of development of the Arctic -
